I have used dreams before. I like the quality

The staff were excellent, we were served by the store manager and he took the time to fully understand our requirements. Good advice given throughout and no hard sell or feeling of being pressurised. A genuinely pleasant and friendly shopping experience.

We were shown a good selection of beds then used the machine for mattress selection. We were surprised at the difference of mattress for us as individuals.

Wonderfully exuberant assistance. Asked if I needed help….. I wanted to look around on my own , so she accepted that and went back to her work station. When I needed information I asked her and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very well pleased with Dreams.

As soon as I walked in Cathryn your salesperson was absolutely wonderful, helping me choose my perfect new bed. This was at Bedford Retail Park. I can't thank her enough.

Janes was superb! I was in sales before becoming a pro actor and musician! Truly perfect gentleman! He will go far, if not for u, then elsewhere . A precious employee, specially under such circumstances!!!

Assistant friendly, not pushy. Given plenty of time to choose, product explained well.

Me and my wife visited the store in bedford retail and was greeted by James he gave us the time we needed to have a look around and then when we was ready he was very helpful and polite had a very good understanding of the products and what we needed giving good advice. Overall trip was very satisfying and we left the store happy
