We were served by James . He was very helpful, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him.He is a credit to your company .We had looked at beds in a competitor store and was just coming to compare but he was amazing, helped us to buy a difficult purchase .

James was polite and very understanding of our needs, James made us feel welcome and feel valued as customers he also made us tea and coffee ... I felt very comfortable and not rushed or pressured into buying the product.

I have already written this in a survey of yours but I could not answer some of it properly as it seemed to be only about the website. But how did we find our sales pitch - Magnificent. Tilly served us in your Bedford retail store and she was truly amazing and her product knowledge was second to none. She was well spoken and had good communication skills, ie good eye contact. She was efficient and we tried (I think) four kinds of mattresses. This lady is a credit to your store. She is young but I think she will go far. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her if I should know of anyone who is looking for any of your products.

I was looked after by Tilly we enjoyed her personality and friendliness and her understanding of exactly what I was looking for enjoyed her assistance 100 percent great sales person loved her .

The time Russell spent explaining and comparing to get it right for me was very good, he made the experience of spending a lot pleasurable, I can not thank him enough for his service, as I needed to pass the information to my partner for consideration I left the shop to return next day to place the order, unfortunately Russell was not working that day but James took over and again I felt valued and found that James was also knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you both.

The colleague who helped us was brilliant with his knowledge of beds very friendly as well.
