Friendly staff who knew what they were talking about.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and although we had done research before visiting the store, the options we thought were right for us, when we tested them out in store, proved not to be. In the event we found a really good product that we would not have expected to find. Had we shopped on line rather than do a store visit, I think we might have been rather disappointed with what we would have chosen. In our opinion there is no substitute for actually visiting a store, trying out the products and having the benefit of a knowledgeable assistant.

Lovely clean store (Bedford retail park).. staff were not pushy but offered their help if we needed. Was asked if we knew what we wanted then shown a variety of suitable options, encouraged to try and test to find what was best. Understood my needs and what I was looking for. No pressure at all, just wanted to help us find what was best for us. Amazing customer service and very helpful and friendly.. especially Tilly

Helpful/friendly member of staff who seemed to have very good product knowledge and wanted to understand our needs.

The sales rep was fantastic, she took time to listen to my needs and what I wanted. I went to dreams as I have a disability and haven’t been sleeping well. I heard on the radio that you had a bed that maps your body to your needs. The sales rep was also disabled and tweaked my bed as she could see I was not 100% about the machines choice, as it took into account my partner who was not there, she was fantastic as really understood me. I felt she was empathic as she suffers too, so she really understood what I needed. People who live in pain every day need others who feel the same as no one else can really understand pain in the same way. Please make sure you continue to employ people who have medical issues as it really helps

I wasn’t hassled, the assistant was there when I needed her but didn’t follow me round or pus me to buy.

I needed a mattress and I bought one
