Mattress shopping is not something I do everyday and so I had very little knowledge about what I was actually looking for. I always used to have a firm mattress with springs (as I preferred it over a soft foam / latex mattress) and due to bad experiences with a previous furnished house (including bed and mattress) I was set to buy a new firm mattress with springs. Me and my wife tried the sleepmatch installed in the store and were surprised that we should go for a medium mattress. Since we both were frequently having back and neck pain, we decided to follow the recommendation and spend a considerable amount of money, which we did not plan on spending before. We have been using that mattress now for a week and have a very relaxed sleep without any back / neck pain in the morning. On top of that, I was very pleased with the sales person, she did not try to sell us something we didn't want but rather tried to understand what our needs were and found the perfect product for us. AS said before, we spend more money than we budgeted but we do not regret in doing so. We have mentioned sleepmatch to our friends and I think it is a briliant piece of technology!

The customer service was faultless. We were guided brilliantly by Mark at your Bedford store and ended up buying four beds when the priority was just our main one! We were offered tea and squash for the children, and even they enjoyed the experience! Mark was patient and highly knowledgeable. The whole process was strangely enjoyable on a day when we really didn’t fancy going bed shopping! I am also really happy with what we ended up with. My only point if I had to make one was that due to the number of items bought and the value, I would have thought maybe the mattress protector or the assembly of the divan could have been thrown in as a gesture! Well done.
