Loved the Sleep Match used on our visit and the wonderful lady who sold us our mattress was so knowledgeable and couldn’t do more to help

We found the Dreams representative to be highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She made us feel quite at ease and she readily answered any questions we asked.

The computer system failed at an extremely busy time but the assistant, Tilly, was calm, professional and friendly. She phoned me at home to complete the payment, again apologised for the difficulties and clarified the delivery date.

Sales assistants were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. However there were not enough computers which meant the assistants were queuing to be able to get on a computer. This was a long process and if there was an extra computer customers would have been happier and served quicker.

The service delivered by Jack and Karen was of an extremely professional nature. There knowledge was outstanding. These two people are an asset to your team and company.

Excellent customer service

We entered the store and were greeted with a "Hello" and left to just browse around, we were then approached by Jack who asked us if we needed any help, I asked about the 'sleepmatch' and how it works, which Jack then went onto explain and we were offered to try. After the test we were given pillows on our preferred sleep position and asked to try out several mattresses that were recommended. We settled on a mattress and it was just up to us to choose a base, which we said we would do overnight. Jack kindly printed off details of the mattress and a base we initially chose, with extra details of disposal and mattress cover. Unfortunately Jack wasn't there today so we were looked after by the store manager for Jack, we settled on the Sutton base as the Detroit was just too large for the width of our bedroom. He took us through the order process explaining all we needed to know and making sure, we were sure, which was a nice touch, we agreed on a date for delivery and were told what would happen if we needed to move the date. Payment was taken and we left the store, very happy customers with the service we have received. Thank you
