Mark was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy, and let us take as long as we needed to try different mattresses, pillows etc.

The sales team knew exactly which beds to show us after explaining what we were looking for. Kind and friendly, very confident in the products they were selling, very reassuring. But disappointed that not everything was in the sale only selected few? Bit misleading on shop windows? Overall, good experience.

We wanted a new mattress for our spare room. The assistant was knowledgeable and was able to explain the different types of mattresses available for our needs

Great customer service. When we found out the colour bed frame we wanted didn’t come with the matching bedside tables or ottoman box they offered use good alternatives. We came away happy with a great bed at a great price!

James was very helpful and knowledgeable, made me and my partner feel comfortable and satisfied with trying everything and making sure we had what we wanted. Offered us a hot drink, kept our child entertained with colouring, awesome! He wasn’t pushy, he just gave us all the information we needed and we didn’t feel like we had bought the bed before we had paid for it, we felt completely comfortable walking out if we were not interested. Lovely chap.

As soon as we went in the shop someone came to assist us. We were shown beds then only had to wait 5 minutes to lay on the bed that tells you what type of bed is best suited to you. My reading was on the end of the soft to just on the beginning of firm. I found this most helpful. Then Mark who was the manager showed me all the suitable beds in the range of money I wanted to spend. I was a long time deciding but there was no pressure at all. After making my decision Mark took us to the desk to take details etc. He offered me a drink. I was really pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend this sore and the staff. It was recommended to me by my daughter. Can’t wait to get my new bed.

On our initial visit to the store on the 29th,we were met by Karen who introduced herself and left us to browse with the understanding as soon as we needed help she will be there.i was set up on the dream station where I was given a selection of mattresses that would support me correctly.The store was extremely busy and as we were about to complete the transaction the network failed.I left my details with Karen who apologised for the situation.I was then contacted later that afternoon by Tilly who tried her very best to complete sale over the phone but maybe the network was not fully functional.I came into the store the following day...today and completed the sale.Credit to Karen and Tilly who handled the situation very well and made me feel at ease throughout the process.Thank you.
