James was fantastic. Spent plenty of time with us answering questions and exploring options. We never felt rushed or under pressure. We’d recommend him personally to anyone else looking to buy a bed.

Really easy, stress free experience

They knew what we wanted didn’t try to sell us something we wasn’t after went in brought our bed and mattress no fuss

The salesperson was extremely helpful, understanding and had very good product knowledge

From the moment we arrived in the store Cathryn was incredibly polite and helpful. She offered us a cup of tea and then asked how she could help us. It felt like she genuinely wanted to help. She wanted to help us find the perfect bed and not the most expensive bed (which is exactly what happened when we visited a competitor moments before). We had our sleep position monitored and was given a choice of mattresses at different price ranges and were also shown different beds from different price ranges. Cathryn was also fantastic with the children as she could see they were bored she let them monitor their sleeping positions too!

I was very happy with the service and the information Your store manager gave us about the adjustable bed. Think his name was Rob.

Cathryn was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all our questions. She suggested the dreamsleep technology will helped to give us a selection of mattresses that would suit us.

I PURCHASE A BED IN NOVEMBER.THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT ALL ROUND.FROM THE LADY IN THE SHOP TO THE DELIVERY DRIVERS.SO I WENT BACK IN JANUARY TO PURCHASE A SECOND BED THAT I NEEDED

I had time to views the different types of mattresses and bases. I was not pestered and staff were available when I required assistance. Karen was really helpful and if she was unsure of something, she did seek advice from a colleague.

We mostly use Dreams for our beds, we came to store on New Years day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lad that sold us the bed was very helpful, he had great product knowledge and was efficient and helpful. I can't remember his name but he deserves a pat on the back and is a credit to your company.
