The assistant Cathryn was very informative and very helpful and explained to us thoroughly about our mattress choice which was done on your matching machine and also made us a coffee one of the nicest assistants and informative assistant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting very very good at her job

I explained to the man I had just had a back operation and needed a new bed. I explained I had already got a special mattress so only needed a frame. We walked round the beds until I found the one I wanted. It couldn't be too low or too high for me. I found the one I wanted ,we sat and done all the computer bits ,booked the delivery and then paid. It was so nice to have someone listen to what I wanted and not pushed into buying something I didn't really want. We differently use again.

I found what I was looking for and the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. The shop has an excellent range and the whole experience was actually fun rather than being tedious and confusing as I feared it might be. They make a great cup of tea too!

Cathryn was extremely helpful and welcoming from the start. Once we were assessed her expertise guided us around the various mattresses that were suitable pointing out all pros and cons and various different price ranges. As there are so many products available this was invaluable when making such an important and large investment.
