Felt very quickly that the assistant would spend all the time required to meet our needs.

Went on the special bed thingy to see what type of mattress suits me. Lady took me around 5 or 6 different mattresses. Made me a coffee and spoke to me about the best mattress.

The assistant was extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable and we liked the 40 day return clause if the mattress doesn’t suit us. This gave us confidence to buy.

James guided us through the options perfectly and we were not pressured into making a rapid decision.

Staff were very curdious knowledgeable and offered refreshments while we were deciding between mattresses that he helped us try. Explained everything very clearly and we couldn't of asked for someone more helpful and will be returning to store again

Tully was very friendly and helpful. She clearly listened to our requirements and was able to help us to make the right choice.

The younge gentleman was extremely polite, helpful, informative and patient, and understanding with all my questions .I wasn’t made to feel under any pressure which is quite a change when you are trying to make the correct decision and being so indecisive.all in all a very pleasant salesperson .I would say quite an asset to your company

The Bedford store is consistently brilliant at delivery high standard customer service. The culture feels right abd all the staff are relaxed and get in well which comes across to the customers
