Cathryn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and offered assistance without being overbearing. We were shown products at various price ranges and of various types suited to our needs so that we had a good understanding of what we would get from each mattress or frame. We used the sleepmatch system which helped a lot too. The additional options for delivery, assembly, finance and recycling were also appealing. Combined with the great customer service, this let us to choose Dreams over other options nearby. It was also pleasant to have something to drink while going through the paperwork.
