Cathryn was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. We felt she was helpful without being pushy; there was no pressure to make up our minds and she was really interested in helping us make the correct decision. The reason we are unlikely to return to this store is because we are moving to Norfolk.

The sale assistant Cathryn was extremely helpful and understood our budget. I Never knew when trying a mattress to make sure you try with a pillow. Was offered a bottle of water, hand sanitizer placed at the front of the store and desks and the staff were cleaning stuff down after use.
