I was offered assistance as soon as I entered the store, but chose to browse first. I became confused with too much choice! The assistant was really good at helping me figure out which style and firmness to choose, and then finding the perfect mattress for my budget.

The reason I am highly satisfied is because of the level of service I received from Jack in Bedford store. He dedicated quality time with me to address all my needs and make sure I am absolutely clear about the options.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by an assistant. When I said I was looking for a guest bed he took me to the two versions available in the store and demonstrated their action.

The customer care was very good. The assistant was knowledgable and listened to what we wanted. Sales pitch wasn’t pushy.

Staff member very friendly, time was given to explain the product. We were not pressured into making a purchase. We had the opportunity to try various mattresses.

The person called Cathryn (I think- at the kempston Bedford store)? Was so so helpful. Very knowledgeable And helped us find the right bed for me and my husband. And the pillows !! Thank u. Now I can have a good nights sleep

The service from James in the store was excellent and the products were available and are due to be delivered in December. You also take away the old mattress etc and recycle which is great news.

Very well supported by the sales rep, Russell. Came out during his lunch break to assist.
