James was super friendly. Very kind and patient - I was very tired from work and he went over things a few times until I was very clear on what I was getting and what was on offer. He helped me find the bed and mattress I was after and waited for me to make sure I was comfortable and ok with what I was ordering. I couldn’t reccomend him more highly. An asset to Dreams Bedford. Promote this man. He’s a star!

The staff in store in Bedford Interchange Retail Park went beyond expectation of knowledgement of products asked about, no rush, think about what you have chosen etc a very pleasant shopping experience We were treated as special which was very nice and the two young lads that delivered our tempur mattress were respectful, careful and very very courteous a good example advertisement for your store and business Thank you to everyone Regards Pat Mettam Bedford
