From when I entered the shop I was greeted and made very welcome, offered water , explained all Covid procedures . Nothing was too much trouble from the sales person , she was very professional and knew her job really well . I really only went to look for a bed (which I must add really needed) , but when explained by the sales person different options . I went ahead . Excellent!! .

As I said the item I went in hoping to purchase was not in store however the assistant, who was very pleasant and helpful, showed me the Dreams equivalent for which I was grateful, would have preferred the Sealy item even now but as I couldn't test it I will never know, so now waiting for Friday for delivery and hopefully for the best nights sleep in a long while.

James was super friendly. Very kind and patient - I was very tired from work and he went over things a few times until I was very clear on what I was getting and what was on offer. He helped me find the bed and mattress I was after and waited for me to make sure I was comfortable and ok with what I was ordering. I couldn’t reccomend him more highly. An asset to Dreams Bedford. Promote this man. He’s a star!

We were shown a variety of product, we were able to compare based on comfort rather than price. We got what we wanted, and delivery within 6 days
