Dreams - Bedford

The shop was well prepared for COVID. I was greeted straight away and asked what I was after. Tilly the assistant showed me round and helped me find the right product. I went home and discussed it with my husband who agreed it was a good product and price. We rang up the same store and ordered. All sorted. It was a good experience. Ask me when they deliver... I hope the guys put the bed together properly and take away the old bed and packaging without damaging any interior surfaces. So far all is good.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, driving to another store to collect a mattress once realised that there wasn't one in store. Felt listened too and that staff cared. Thank you.
