James was brilliant although he was on his own and other customers were in the store he took his time with us whilst seeing to others very welcoming and friendly made our dreams experience a good one!

Very helpful colleague and he was able to point us in the right direction straight away. Right amount of support but time to look and choose. Really friendly and honest.
