Dreams - Bedford

Mark (believe he was the store manager) at the Bedford store was very helpful. Myself and partner went into the store just to have a browse for a new bed as we have recently moved house. We were looking at a king size bed and mattress and also a double bed. We weren't planning on buying as they are not needed as of yet but Mark explained to us that we can choose the delivery months in advance which was helpful for us as we still had decorating to be done before we needed the beds. Mark explained to us all the difference options we could have as we knew that there was a particular size that we needed and we especially were looking for a storage bed. What I liked was that Mark gave us time to discuss privately and didn't stay with us throughout the whole time in the store. We don't like when a sales person is constantly standing around especially when making big purchase. You sleep match machine is also very impressive (we had never done used one before) so this helped narrow down the mattresses we were best to look at, if not we would of been in the shop for hours trying each one. Thank you Mark, you've now given my partner a deadline to get our house finished which makes me happy!

He could not have been more helpful, he was brilliant. We were tested on the bed tester (an excellent bit of kit) and he allowed us to test several mattresses it recommended. Properly protected, he gave us covers for the mattress and the pillows we were using, which was good. We were not rushed, I got the impression he was prepared to give us the whole afternoon, if needed. Only 1 thing, the mattress protector they recommended was out of stock, but everything else will be delivered on the date we asked for. Can't speak highly enough of James and his colleagues at your Bedford Interchange branch.
