I needed a bed and matress to be delivered in 5 days exactly. Mo took me through the matresses that he thought I would like and were availble for immediate delviery, he also found a bed frame that was in stock in the store that would suit my needs. Mo went above and beyond to sort out my needs.

Cathryn at the Bedford store was on her own. There were several customers in store and more came in while we were completing the order and booking delivery. She did not rush us through the process and still managed to make contact with the other customers, without losing pace or concentration.
