We were served by Cathryn on a hot weekend tasting beds with a two year old and very pregnant! Cathryn took us through each step, understood our needs. I've not experienced customer service like it for a long time. It felt very personal.

The representative at the Bedford Interchange Park store, Cathryn, was extremely friendly and helpful. After entering the store, Cathryn approached my partner and I welcoming us warmly to the store. After explaining to Cathryn we had a desire to purchase a new bed and were looking for a Medium to Firm mattress and the accompanying base/headboard, she kindly recommended we use the Sleep Match machine to determine what mattress would be best. After our brief but pleasant experience with Sleep Match, Cathryn showed us to each mattress recommended and encouraged us to test them with our preferred pillow types and sleeping positions. After selecting our preferred mattress, Cathryn assisted us with matching our base/headboard needs with best value for money. Throughout the transactional process, Cathryn explained all necessary information whilst providing friendly conversation and useful advice on how to get the most out of our bed. Overall, my partner and I loved the customer experience we received by Cathryn during our visit to the store and firmly recommend friends and family to pay a visit when purchasing their new beds.
