Ordered originally in store and my order was booked in to be delivered twice and it has been cancelled twice. Today I called the customer service team and spoke to Paige, who not only changed the bed for me and then also offered free assembly as a gesture of good will. She made the experience very positive and has been so helpful! Thanks Paige!

We went to dreams in the interchange park Kempston and was assisted by James he was so help full and took us round all the mattresses that was recommended for us after using the machine in store he then recommended pillows as I have neck pain. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed
