I walked into the store looking for advice on the best mattress for a bad back and met Jack. He introduced me to the Sleepmatch which took all my measurements and assessed my sleep position. With this information Jack was able to guide me through a number of different mattress options suitable for my needs. Not once did I feel pressured into buying or that the sale was more important than my comfort. I can not recommend Jack and the Bedford store enough.
