Customer service was perfect. We weren’t pestered but when needed help Tilly was knowledgeable and very nice! All staff were polite, friendly and helpful! Our experience was great and we would thoroughly recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back in the future.

Jack, our assistant, was welcoming and friendly. Not at all pushy! We never felt pressurised or rushed! He was very knowledgeable and precise! Also very patient with my indecision and trying different combinations of base & headboard types & colours. Talked us through payment processing ect.
