Jack was very understanding and helpful - we have additional needs and he was very patient while we tried the mattresses and looked at the bed frames. Not once did we feel judged or uncomfortable.

From the moment we entered Dreams we received an very warm welcome and assistance. All our questions where answered which enabled us to choose and place an order there and then. Now looking forward to receiving the order within the time frame given.

The staff member James. Came over quickly and offered assistance. He listened to our needs, took us around the store showing all the available options. Checked our previous orders for relevant detail. Advised very well. I needed to check something at home so he gave me all the details I needed. Thus allowed a quick order later by phone. All in all a good product and excellent service.

The gentleman (Jack) was very knowledgeable about the products and our needs. He made us feel at ease and explained everything as we went along.

Our assistant Cathryn was knowledgeable, helpful and fun. She helped us to find something that suited us very well
