Very limited range of adjustable beds in affordable price range

After a few days of careful consideration I changed my mind and felt I had impulse bought part of my order. I wrongly presumed I had 28 days cool off however it was only 48 hours with a possibility of up to 20% price of the product 'admin' fees if I cancelled. I now feel I have £1000 worth of product I don't really want.

Told the Finance online system was down and asked to return the next day. Found out the next day the system was working all along and it was a tactic for the member of staff to free up more time to pursue further sales. And it came at the inconvenience of us having to free up time the following evening (including sourcing babysitters) to come back into store to complete the order.

The layout of the store did not allow me to get a wheel chair between any beds to make a choice. I was informed that this was because the company required a specific number of beds on display for the size of this store. Moving the beds around would not solve the problem. There are too many beds for the floor area to allow wheelchair access. The assistant was very helpful and could see the problem and moved each bed as we requested to allow a choice to be made.

I visited your Bedford store over a period of a week to try and discuse beds. At first I was happy with the service given. Then we talked about prices and delivery etc . I asked on both accessions about free delivery but was told dreams don't do free delivery and it would cost me £39. So when paying for my first purchase which was a double mattress I paid the delivery charge. A few days later I went on to the dreams website so I could check on the price guarantee when I saw free delivery. I feel very upset to find that this was available to but the salesman failed to tell me this selling me a product I did not need. Especially when the other product we were looking to purchase from you is one of your flaxby bed mattress and headboards at around £2500+.
