The only thing that was slightly disappointing, was not being able to collect or take home the mattress from the store sooner. But in the end, our delivery charge was knocked off, so I guess in the end we were happy.

I just felt satisfied is appropriate. No establishment is perfect

The shop assistant just talked too much about their own personal situation.

Maybe if didn't charge for delivery and taking away the old matress you may do better.

The shop was too hot on the day with no air conditioning The options of different beds was not clear

The mattress we first decided on was unavailable and we therefore had to make a second choice.

I am never highly satisfied........ there is always room for improvement! Nothing specific stands out although I do find the need to provide a phone number a bit pointless so a false one was given.

I was not totally satisfied with the appearance of the salesperson, he was pleasant and knowledgable but he did not have good teeth. I think the mattress I have bought is very expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for or I hope I do !!!!

I have ordered a bed for my daughter and I hope it arrives on the date agreed. I will be honest with everyone in that Dreams lets us down terribly 2 years ago when we ordered a TV bed, it was stated the bed was on a 4 week delivery but after sleeping on the floor for over 16 weeks it arrived but it was faulty. What started as a Dream rapidly spiralled into a Nightmare. The customer service was non existent and the attitude of staff disgraceful, the only reason we preserved was down to the Branch manager and the fact that we had waited so long we couldn't face starting over again. The only reason we returned to Dreams was because it had the bed style and colour she wanted. This should be a simple order so let's hope it goes smoothly and Dreams regain some of my trust. Over to you to deliver the Dream.
