I thought the choice of single beds with robust storage is limited as it is in other stores. Definitely a gap in the market. The drawers are always so flimsy. I am hopeful that the otterman with the 8 yr guarantee will meet my expectations.

It is only a small niggle but when we placed our order we were told we would be given the delivery charge for free. This was not taken off the price and was only noticed after we had paid. The gentleman serving us told us he would get the difference refunded today. As this survey is being completed before the refund has been done, I cannot give a "Highly Satisfied" rating.

The product that you had in stock takes just as long to be delivered as an item that needs to be made from scratch. That didn't make much sense to me. This is my second purchase with you in the space of a few months. The product is good as was the service first time around which made me return again.

The original bed frame I wanted was not in stock and the store were not allowed to order because there was a back log of orders on this product. But it was on display at the front of the store. I would recommend to either move to the back as you cannot order it or to order more of them as it was clearly a popular frame.

Time to process order was too long. Mistakes were made in typing out the order form. Pricing was not clearly displayed. Charge for delivery and removal was too high.

The overall experience was positive, the shop assistant Cathryn was extremely friendly and helpful, she listened to our needs and gave really useful information in order for us to select the right bed. The only issue was with the delivery date, in the store we selected a Saturday but we were called the day after to be told that this date wasn't available and had to opt for a Tuesday instead because the next Saturday delivery was over a month away. I liked the mattress cover for the old mattress when it is taken away, a nice touch.
