I chose the option of having my old mattress taken away but at no point was I told this would cost me anything and also I was not made aware of the delivery costs, personally I think if you spend £1697.02 on a Mattress, protector and a couple of pillows delivery should be free.

On my first visit to store I found the salesman quite overbearing in giving the information dispite saying several times I would like to look around. On returning to the store to make a purchase I'm sure the mattress I purchased was previously on offer.

We objected to the delivery charge considering we live only 3 miles from the shop and could have collected the item. Upon on delivery of the bed and mattress I was told that it was a no turn mattress, something which should have been told to me in the shop. I would not have paid £299 for the mattress had I known this as I do not consider the mattress worth this amount. Whilst everything else was ok at the shop I would not use you again nor recommend you.

The assistant was, in my opinion, slightly too eager to talk about his family and their preferences with mattresses and sleeping positions. I felt I had to steer the conversation back to my purchase. However I would return to store in the future. I also felt charging £39.00 for both delivery and removal of my old mattress was a bit steep, but I have no alternative. Providing an hygienic cover for the old mattress is however a good idea.

We decided on which items to purchase without any help from the assistants. When we asked to place an order, two members of staff debated between themselves which should serve us. It may have been that one was a trainee being given a chance to complete an order, but this wasn't made clear. It felt as if neither really wanted to deal with us. We were rushed through the signing of the forms. I think mention was made in scanning down the form of the possibility of having our old beds removed when the new ones were delivered, but we weren't asked if we wanted this or not. We were told that once I signed we couldn't cancel the order, but I wasn't given the opportunity to actually read it in detail.

I don't really like sales assistant's who are a little over friendly. Also I don't need to know they they or a family member has purchased the same product I am looking at
