my first visit and what do you compare that to,how do you rate highly satisfied?,perhaps a red carpet and coffee and biscuits , it was a shopping trip and i purchased what i required at a competitive price thank you.

There were so many different mattresses and they were very confusing, with a bed I could decide by what I liked the look of but the mattresses were all very similar so I just picked one!

I found some of the pricing confusing, there were too many figures on the boards for each bed. Each bed on display had a board with over a dozen costs labeled on it, I would think there is a simpler way to do this. I was glad a member of staff was able to explain it and help me find the right choice for me.

The sales assist was very talkative and this did slow the order process down and started to irritate.

I was specially and clearly informed when I bought the double mattress in store that the delivery staff would take away all packaging AND the old mattress. When they arrived they confirmed that they were only going to take the packaging with them and I have had to store the old mattress in my garage and will have to pay for the council to take it away. I consider that the information I was provided with was misleading and influenced by decision at the point of purchase. The lady was very helpful and informative but this information was clearly incorrect and I am considering making a formal complaint.

there was no computer available to take our order so it had to be done manualy. this was annoying because we did not have no real confirmation of our order.

No computers available for the salesman to check our product availability and arrange delivery. For the price you pay I think delivery should be included.
