Is it not enough I'm satisfied and highly likely to return and recommend your products/store!?!?!?

Haven't received order yet. Once received as arranged and assembled then may be different

At the first visit I was told the bed would be assembled for free but then when ordering on the 2nd visit I was then told there would be a £38.00 charge for the service.

I was satisfied as I got my bed it does not mean any difference satisfied and highly satisfied to me.the service wa great and I got what I want from dreams and I will recommend it to friends and family.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the product and very personable.

Whilst the lady assisting us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she was the only member of staff working and therefore we had to wait 30 mins or so to be served as she was serving another customer.We were extremely surprised that this she was on her own especially as it was Black Friday! Consequently we did not have our order taken until after 8pm and left the store at 8:40, the lady who served us was really professional and friendly and made sure that although we were still in the store way passed closing time we still received a fantastic customer experience.

Such a big jump in price between basic and next one up

I was satisfied with everything other-than, I have to wait a month to have the bed built. I would have loved to have it sooner, but that's fine.

I was satisfied as I ordered the bed that I wanted, however, it would have been good to have more variety and the latest beds available. However, that said, I believe a new stock was due very soon anyway.

We felt that we were being followed around the showroom and although all of the staff were friendly and there to help we wanted some time to have a look at the options available to us before requesting assistance.
