Because it was quick and good value for money (although not received matress yef) the chap we dealt with knew his stuff and because you are offering the chance to win £500 :)

First day I was said that my product will ne delivered in 3 days. Next day when I came to set a finance The delivery was changed to one month.

Staff were very busy and helped me asap

I tried to order this item over the internet for several days but the website was extremely slow and the page I wanted would not load, in the end I had to visit a store to order it. I was satisified with the lady that served me but her product knowledge was not the best as I had to search online myself to answer a question that she could not.

Assistant did not know her product knowledge and I had to google on my phone to find out what I needed

I could never be highly satisfied until I have had the product a while to see the quality.

Please could staff not refer to my wife and I as "guys"
