I went on a Saturday and there were 2 on floor staff. The service was good but I felt that the customer advisors were not following through a sale as had many other customers to tend to. It would be good to have 2 more floor staff on weekends especially during times where dreams have specials offers.

There appeared to be better deals on line than in the store, when you buy a bed or mattress you want to test and feel the product. The service was good, staff were very knowledgeable, but I felt the conversation was being directed to subjects that were not relevant to the our visit.

Not too sure I was given the discount on the matress I should have done. As the salesman didn't explain why I didn't get 50% 0ff the matress during the 50% off sale.

Your question surprises me. If people do hit the Highly Satisfied box do they really do that with thought. For me Satisfied is a very good rating. If I had a great meal I would be satisfied. If they gave me a free bottle of wine and a voucher to return next week at a 50% reduction I may be highly satisfied. As with most things in life it does not work that way.

I was being helped by Cathryn at kempston branch, whilst she was taking my order , we were interrupted by the manager who was telling her to discus delivery costs and trying to sell add ons, Cathryn had discussed this with me, and I felt the manager was very rude, he also told her she needed to get the store tidy for a regional visit the next morning. He didn't appologise for interrupting, and I felt he ignored I was there for higher priorities . Cathryn did apologise and was very helpful.

THE ONLY RESON I SAID SATISFIED RATHER THAN HIGHLY SATISFIED IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE DEAL ONLINE WAS BETTER THAN THE STORE AND SO WENT BACK TO SEE IF I COULD GET DEAL ONLINE. HOWEVER, THIS IS NO FAULT OF THE STORE OR ITS STAFF JUST FOR THE COMPANY TO ENSURE THAT THE STAFF HAVE THE SAME AVAILABILITY TO PRODUCT OFFERS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AS ONLINE CUSTOMERS. AS A RESULT ON BUYING INSTORE I HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ONLINE WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A BENEFIT TO ME
