Russell the assistant was marvellous but there were only three kiosks available to take payment and the proicess took some time and the system was crashing. Customers were walking out due to the wait, staff were understandably frustrated as losing customers, staff were asking colleagues if they could be next as they had customers waiting 20 mins or more to take payments. Staff were apologising saying the old manual system was quicker and easier. Staff believed there was a new system underway soon but this did not help the current situation. I would say numerous orders were lost as people walked out. Plus the sysytem was crashing and having to be resubmitted having error codes and the staff had to ring up for advice. It must have taken 30 minutes to process the order - ridicuoplous and soul destroying for staff too.

the gentleman had problems up loading the Barclays finance option on the computer extending the time we were at shop. With two small children this was not ideal.

Friendly staff giving time even though she was on her own working in the shop until 12.00

The staff were really helpfull and understood what I was looking for. However, when it came to make the payment, it took so long. The computer was so slow and after spending around half an hour, it went completely blank. Therefore we had to start all over again which was a bit annoying. Also the time was already gone past 17.00 pm so the staff needed to go home too. But after completing the payment, everything was fine.
