We are very happy with the service from the Sales Person Mark who was very well informed and knowledgeable - and also the lovely lady who made us feel very welcome with a superb cup of coffee! Our only disappointment was the fact that your prices on the adjustable beds were far too expensive compared to another supplier. Thank you for your services Mark and look forward to receiving our new mattress very soon.

The order was late. It arrived when I was trying to put my children to bed.

The store seemed to lack organisation, there was a specific bed that we had previously liked at online that we went in store to look at properly but they didn't have it in store. The man helping us stated that they should have had a display version but that it hadn't arrived yet. The prices were quite high and not made 100% clear at all times. We also found that we could get a headboard elsewhere but as 1st time buyers this wasn't made clear to us and we felt that we had to buy everything together. We only realised that we could have bought a cheaper headboard elsewhere after making our purchase.

Expected more options to select

I did feel that it took some time for the sales assistant to approach us at the beginning, but once she acknowledged she was helpful.

Too personal and sharing own private information. I wanted to buy a bed not know what her family were up to

My experience was very good in store and there wasn’t much that could be improved. Slightly more choice of lower budget mattresses and more comfortable chairs to sit at to complete the purchase paperwork.

Just leaving room for any improvements if required

The wait for delivery is more than was expected. The experience of the store and products was as expected.

Service was fine - but not exceptional. Store was busy so we had to wait a little while. Store layout is OK but potentially suitable beds weren't actually next to each other (or that close by) making compraisons less easy than they could be. Ordering process was OK but systems are hardly top notch and one printer for the whole store resulted in confusion, incomplete paperwork and, quite frankly, unnecessary faff!
