We were satisfied with the service

I felt it was pitched too high. The mattresses we were shown had a starting price point of £750. This was from the start way out of our price range.

The member of staff who helped us was very friendly and polite and was knowledgeable however she was the only member of staff working in the entire store and at one point had 5 customers in the shop looking for assistance.

Only that we have to wait a month for our order to be delivered, which is a fairly long wait, and as it has not yet been delivered, i can't say anything about the quality.

Very helpful friendly staff, layout of store made it easy to find what you are looking for, prices clearly marked and overall pleasant shopping experience

Good customer service and easy ordering process.

Not specifically to do with this store, but I tried to move my delivery date online, from 4th to 18th Feb, but there was only an option to move to dates in March.

Only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was the soonest delivery time was 2 weeks otherwise very happy with service

The ability to mix and match headboards and beds was quite limited and the delivery time isn't as quick as we wanted.

Spending a lot of money on a bed and mattress was not ever going to rate as a high satisfaction experience in my opinion. We were served well and we had a good shopping experience with minimum fusss ...... which is how we wanted it......hence we made a purchase.
