Store visit fine and Russel is excellent. However overall judgement can only be made once mattress is delivered and after a few months to see if it lives up to expectation and the sales patter.

Cathryn was a great help, knowledgeable, and friendly but she was the only member of staff there with a steady stream of customers to try and deal with.

This purchase was unplanned. Just checking out mattresses. The Sales sign attracted attention as we were passing. The instore experience was positive, hence the on the spot buying !! Wait to see if the mattress matches the expectation.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable but over talkative. The process could have been much shorter without the personal anecdotes

I went to Dream during Boxing to avail for a good discount as it says 20% discount, unfortunately the product my wife and I loves to buy was not part of the promotion which is so disappointing. And also the sale person who was assisting us promised that she will give us a free pillows, but when everything was done (paper works for financing) and we paid for the deposit I asked her where are our free pillows. She said she forgot it to include in the invoice and it is impossible now to re do it again. Which mean we can't avail for the free pillows.

I spent allot of money in store on a mattress he manager was rather rude as in front of us and the amazing sales assistant who had helped us choosing the mattress keeping my 3 year old son occupied that we should either get free pillows or a free delivery as mattress delivered on Saturday now in the day an age of online sales I could have bought mattress on line with a free delivery on any date I found his bluntness an his attitude very rude and insulting the sales assistant however got the deal she promised and I was very happy with her
