The store was great and the sales people excellent. The only bug bear was that when we got home and checked the website (mainly to find out about the insurance cover) we noticed that my daughter (who is buying this mattress) is a student, and would have been entitled to 10% discount had she bought this item online. To us this would have been a great deal of money and we felt disappointed that we had missed out on this discount. It would have been nice to have found this out before hand as we would have bought online and saved £65.00

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and we could not fault their assistance. Whilst no real pressure sales technique was applied we did feel that we were guided towards higher priced products and that we felt a certain obligation to make a purchase.
