The sales assistant was efficient and friendly but I felt She spent ALOT of time making small talk when placing the order. She was very chatty but considering we are a family with young children who all had masks on, I felt She could have been quicker with the purchase. We left the shop knowing about her grandsons, son, other children's behaviour.........

I have no other experience to compare it to. The staff were helpful and attentive, the store was well spaced out and the sale was very straight forward. I'm a little impatient and would have liked it sooner than 4 weeks!

The store was great and the sales people excellent. The only bug bear was that when we got home and checked the website (mainly to find out about the insurance cover) we noticed that my daughter (who is buying this mattress) is a student, and would have been entitled to 10% discount had she bought this item online. To us this would have been a great deal of money and we felt disappointed that we had missed out on this discount. It would have been nice to have found this out before hand as we would have bought online and saved £65.00
