Saleswoman did not wear a mask due to asthma but she could have worn a shield instead. She did not really social distance. She showed us just really expensive mattresses which we would not have bought and my partner went and tried out cheaper ones £900 so not cheap and we found one at this price we loved. We would not have bought anything more expensive than this. She talked constantly about her family and by the time we left we knew her life inside out! We were not offered the £85 insurance she had spoken about earlier when signing the finance agreement and only realised when we got home. We did want to take this.
