The member of staff was very good and was clearly very well informed about the sofa bed we had chosen. I have ordered and paid for the goods but there is a seven week waiting time for delivery. I can't say I'm highly satisfied yet as I do not have the goods nor have I experienced the delivery service.

Unfortunately we were unable to be provided with a delivery date but this was not the fault of the sales person. He explained the reasons for the delay which was good.
