Very helpful and not pushy

We weren't sure what we were looking for but we were welcomed in a friendly way and Russell was not too pushy and very helpful. We didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time to test out the beds. We were provided with a hot drink.

I was served by Jonathan. Jonathan was most helpful, and gave my wife and I time to consider our intended purchase. Jonathan gives his customers undivided attention both experienced and observed. I returned to Dreams as I had a query on the guarantee, it was an order amendment, and I had no paperwork. Jonathan spent some time in sorting out my concerns and I left with paperwork in hand completely satisfied. All the staff at this branch of Dreams are very warm and personable, a credit to your organisation. I'm sure I will be most pleased with my purchase.

The name of the mattress had changed but I was assured that it was the same and in fact it now had two names

The sale assistants pounced on us in the store. I would have preferred to have been left alone longer to browse first

At one point it looked like the sales system couldn't confirm a deliver sate and we would need to return on Thursday to place order - however after asking staff to double check why we managed to place order - also only 2 items in sore matched our requirements - staff were v helpful and COVID arrangements v thorough

The member of staff was very good and was clearly very well informed about the sofa bed we had chosen. I have ordered and paid for the goods but there is a seven week waiting time for delivery. I can't say I'm highly satisfied yet as I do not have the goods nor have I experienced the delivery service.
