Mark was very friendly and knew what I wanted

Staff greeted us and friendly, knowledgeable plus helpful too! Cathryn was kind and caring in helping us to make a good decision on mattresses. Took our time on trying the beds etc. Paperwork efficiently completed. The delivery men (Ken D. and Will W.) were lovely and cheerful, put mattress on our bed and took away the plastic sheeting. So have only good words for shop staff/delivery men.

We were attended to by Mark, who came over to ask if we needed assistance, which we did. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the bedstead and mattress we wanted to buy. In fact the sale went a "dream" at Dreams!!!

The staff assisted us with the bed, and an additional childrens mattress. They also went to the effort of putting a tv on for our children who are 2 and 5 so they wouldnt get bored. Brilliant.

I could not find the item i wanted online so i needed to make sure it was still available Mark found the item assured me it was still available and tempted me to purchase two further items with the offer on at the time
