Buying a bed is not a regular occurrence and the vast array of beds available can be baffling to say the very least. The salesman (Mark) who assisted me in my purchase made this daunting prospect a breeze. He outlined the varying 'spring' arrangements of mattresses with exceptional clarity and also high lighted the plus points of mattresses and divan bases very well indeed. He was sympathetic to my needs and to my financial constraints also which has resulted in me receiving what I believe to be excellent value for money.

We were greeted on arrival and left alone to browse (which I prefer to being followed around), we were asked if we needed help and once we had made our selection the ordering and paying was completed with ease.

Cathryn helped find out about my back problems and showed me different matresses to help. She made me try different ones to find one right for me, price and comfort. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I was served by Jonathan at the Kempston Interchange store,he was very helpful and told me that i could try any bed that i liked for comfort.He explained about the different values and content of the mattress. When i had chosen the one i liked he then proceeded with my order with expertise.The order was placed and i received a free mattress cover and i left the store a happy customer.Thank you very much Jonathan. Jonathan at the Kempston Store was a great help. Buying our bed was an easy and straightforward process. The fact we can extend our delivery date so that we can have the bed delivered straight to our new build was a bonus.

We walked into the store and were offered advice straight away with the 'pushyness' received in other stores. The assistant (Nina) gave us all of the info that we required and then left us to have a look around. She returned a couple of times to check we were ok and offered us drinks. When we had questions she very quickly gave us the answers and was very knowledgeable. Nice friendly service with a smile! Once we had decided on what we wanted, it was ordered quickly without any problems.

Staff friendly, helpful, explained all products and as we went into the store quite late they did not rush us out of the store despite the fact they were closing.
