I HAD SHOPPED AROUND FOR A NEW BED & MATTERESS, YOUR SALESMAN JONATHAN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY REQUIREMENTS. LIKED THE WAY HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING RE THR DIFFERENT MATTERESSES/BEDS/ FINANCE/DELVIERY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & SPEND THE TIME IN GOING OVER ANYTHING I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. STAFF IN THE STORE ARE VERY FRIENDLY & EASY TO APPROACH

The gentleman that served me was very helpful and had a good product knowledge.

I was looking for my dream bed and when it was displayed there I was so happy and came into the store also the lady (Cathryn) was so helpful and friendly she showed a high knowledge and was very patient.

A lady called Catherine at the Bedford store was so lovely and honest and helpful.

We had a great member of staff, Jack, who helped us in every way to eventually purchase our new mattress. He gave us our own covered pillows to try with the beds, he even made us both a cup of tea and a cup of coffee! Above and beyond expectations. He took the time to listen to what we wanted from a mattress, he made some suggestions, he also left us alone giving us some time to discuss what we thought between ourselves. Once we had decided what we needed, he glided through our payment options, extras (mattress protector), he went through all the paperwork with ease and explained everything completely. Very impressed.
