I knew exactly what i wanted (research on your website) - Mark who dealt with us respected this and dealt with us accordingly - professional, helpful and in the right amount of time.

We were acknowledged within a few seconds of entering the store in a friendly manner. We had just started talking to each other when a sales member 'Cathryn' asked if we would like some help. We said that we would and she asked us some questions about the type of bed we were looking for. After answering some questions she was able to lead us to a couple if beds straight away which suited our needs. After my partner and I had laid on the beds we both found comfortable (which is rare as we both of very different medical problems so finding a bed in the passed has proven to be very difficult!) we were extremely happy with the sales persons knowledge and found choosing a bed a nice experience rather than a stressful one, which has been our previous experience in other stores. Thank you, Cathryn and Dreams beds for finding us the perfect bed! Another very good selling point for us was the comfort knowing that if after 40 nights you found you were uncomfortable and had made the wrong choice in mattress that you will exchange the mattress for a similar priced mattress. Choosing a bed has never been so easy!

Having looked on line first I then visited the interchange Bedford store. I tried the mattress I saw on line but found it a little too firm. The assistant Mark was great taking his time in answering my questions and understanding my needs as I have a replacement hip. He was not pushy and although I spent more money I was happy on leaving as he explained everything clearly to me and my husband regarding the make up of mattresses. We will definitely shop at Dreams again.
