Staff asked if I was okay, explained what I wanted, they offered suitable advice and then left me to make a decision on my own, no pressure was used to make a sale.

Cathryn,who served us, was very helpful and guided us to a selection of mattresses which met our requirements. She also gave us advice on the advantages and disadvantages of each type of mattress which really helped. She also suggested taking out the insurance for the mattress which we think is really worthwhile. Cathryn was also really personable and processed our order very efficiently.

Salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Range of beds and options to match mattresses to different bases was very good. Range of base colours was also very good.

As soon as we walked into the shop they had welcomed us with friendly faces and asked us if we would like any assiatnce. At this point we had told them we are just looking around, they had respected our decision and left us to look and wonder around the store. When we required help with certain items they was very informative and helpful. Most items was on sale and we was able to get further discount on a couple products. Both the manager and the sales assiatnce was very helpful and helped us with making good decision on what we had purchased. They had spent a lot of time going through payment method, which gave us options on how we could pay- I thought this was great! Asking the assiatance all sorts of questions was never a problem, he had happily answered them and went that extra mile to help us. Delivery dates was according to when we wanted it delivered with certain items which was great. Overall great experience. Thank you so much Dreams.
