Friendly helpful staff. Very welcoming and happy to assist with finding us the perfect bed and matress

The staff were really knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs, offering suggestions that were suitable for me. Everyone was very friendly, the store was clean and tidy, and there was a large range of products.

Excellent service all round!

Russell approached us after we had been looking around the store for a little while trying out the mattresses and was very helpful. We used the diagnostic bed which agreed with our choice of firmness and Russell spent the time with us to choose our new bed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Cathryn who assisted us with choosing a bed was very helpful. She was knowledgeable on the product and we were not rushed. The selection of models were all available as were the mattresses which meant we were able to make an informed choice. Delivery quoted within a week of purchase, updates by text and old mattress to be taken away, new bed to be assembled. I cannot fault the service we were given. Thankyou

i am 80 years of age arthritic problems etc1 was seeking a new double bed and was treated by james i am very pleased with the outcome of my visit james dealt with my medical, financial, issues and am very happy with the way it was dealt with many thanks .

I needed to buy a single bed and mattress for my granddaughter and a double mattress for myself and there was too many to choose from, so was grateful for some help.The assistant was really helpful and guided me through the process and took time and listened to my requirements. Thank you Dreams

Friendly and efficient staff, lots of choice and staff were knowledgable about the products. All covid restrictions were in place and worked very well
