Barring the bit where we had to decide which mattress we wanted, it was completely painless from thereon out.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We did not feel that we were pressurised to buy the most expensive mattress, he definitely really listened to what is is that we wanted and showed us appropriate products that were within our price range. On top of that, Jonathan was polite and friendly, and we felt totally at ease. Mark the store manager was also friendly, I cannot fault our experience.

Member of staff gave us the price on a previous visit and served us when we returned to check things out again. We shortlisted 3 products and he gave full unbiased advice. Very happy with his service. Jonathan

The different types of mattress were explained and we were shown which ones were likely to be suitable. We were left to try any we wanted. Full attention given when ordering and paying, we were the only people in the shop but I don't think this would have changed the service we received.

Speed, efficiently dealt with, quick delivery date, really nice, helpful staff

Mike was extremely helpfull, we were not rushed or pressured into making any decisions and he grasped immediately what we needed. Oh and his sense of humour, made the experience most jolly.

I have bought beds from dreams in the past. I went into the shop with my son who needed a new bed. Jack came over introduced himself & pointed out three needs that would appeal to my son. Jack was very helpful without being pushy. We asked a lot of questions which where answered.

I didn't intend to spend long in Dreams as I'd had an appalling experience with you several years ago. However, I was impressed with Jonathan's product knowledge, easy going manner and understanding of our requirements, guiding us to different products and easily explaining about each one, how it was made and its best use. He acknowledged the dreadful customer service formerly given by Dreams and reassured me about the changes at the company a couple of years ago. Time will tell!

Jonathan was extremely helpful, he gave us great advice in the mattress and after looking at a bed we really liked he advised us on a bed we may love, he went onto the website and found a bed that was half the price and suited our needs much more.
