Dreams - Bedford

Cathryn was extremely attentive and took the time to understand our needs and made appropriate suggestions. We had only intended to look around but her great customer service resulted in us making a purchase. I have previously had a negative experience with dreams so was pleasantly surprised with the experience on this visit.

Because the staff, namely Jonathan and Russell who both served us on different days, were friendly, had time to explain all the options, and also were happy to let us wander off on our own, and even had time to personalise the experience with small jokes and had a laugh together, like friends and not pushy salespersons. There was enough choice and we tried out everything to our satisfaction.

Member of staff very polite and knowledgeable. Good understanding of products, and made good suggestions as to which would fit our needs.

My wife and I have been customers of Dreams on previous occasions so are aware of the quality and standards available to us. My wife has had a knee replacement and this resulted in our current bed purchased from Dreams being to high of the ground. We therefore visited our local store in Bedford and were met by Jack who explained in great detail the options available to us. Following a lengthy discussion we opted for the Aurora solid slat base and Entice Acti K mattress. We were invited to try all options we considered suitable and believe the items purchased will suit our needs. We have always been impressed with the disposal and assembly options which we have also opted for. We were also impressed with the availability of a very quick delivery date, four working days from date of order. Excellent service.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable with the products, but was not overpowering and gave both of us the free time to decide for ourselves which product we preferred using his advise,he was also available as and when we needed him again. Thanks for jacks pleasant attitude and sales advise.

The saleswoman (Cathryn) who was ready to help me the second I walked thro the door, told her I just wanted to look. She was not pushy at all and when I was ready she was there, she Was friendly, happy, professional, didn't rush me, made me feel like she had all the time I needed. Was happy to go over things numerous times. Was good and very patient with my 2 young girls. Not that they were misbehaving but she gave them time too. Very happy with her from start to finish

The staff were all very friendly & helpful & they took their time with helping us, we did not feel pushed or rushed. We would recommend the store. We have not had our product yet but I'm sure it will be great. The delivery time was much quicker than expected. Thank you

We found what we were looking for and Jonathan Watson helped us to confirm the bed we thought we wanted by sharing the pros and cons of some alternatives. Shop floor was neat and clean and spacious. Customer service was just right - not in your face, leaving us just enough time on our own before offering help. Ordering and paying was quick and easy, delivery charge waived which makes you feel like you're getting something extra. Second time we've bought here and may be back soon if other son needs bed in his new house.
