Great service and knowledgeable staff. Listened to my needs and gave me time to make up my own mind on the products I was recommended.

All staff very polite and officiant. Jack who served me was brilliant in understanding my needs and even proving me with my own pillow to show how I sleep at home. He even shared the stores after 8 mints

Nina (sales person) was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me all the options and allowed me to make up my own mind. Just the right amount for me as I find pushy sales will always put me off.

Went into store just to look and gather some prices, sales person was extreemly helpful without being pushy. he showed us the full range despite us being quite particular about what we wanted. Due to his knowledge and good selling we actually changed our mind and purchased a more expensive bed and mattress

The assistant [Jack] was excellent not over powering or pushy. He listened to what I needed and was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. We were offered tea or coffee. We are both disabled and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

The sales assistant, Nina was very knowledgable, friendly, polite, professional, and did not pressure us. She quickly understood our needs and went out of her way to ensure we found the right products for us.
