We didn't know what we really wanted but with the help of the staff we were able to make a decision that we was happy with

Jonathan the assistant was an extremely polite and knowledgeable young man.having a business of my own I know how difficult it is to get good staff. He is someone to praise and hang onto.Staff like him are few and far between.

The minute we walked through the door we were greeted in a very friendly manner, have been given all the information and details regarding products and have been explained specification of products that we were interested in. we spent nearly two hours in store trying different products and been given all the information, the lady who consulted us, Cathryn was very helpful, but not too much in your face and let us make our own decision and left us alone to have a chat and think about things. very satisfied with knowledge and skill

Sales guy came and asked if we need help said just browsing, he wasn't pushing and allowed U.S. space to browse but explain very briefly the rating which was excellent didn't not come across pushing but helpful and knowledgable. Being a sales exec I hate sales pitches and pushing ness Jonathan at bedford has an excellent approach, we place an order with him that day

Very satisfied with our visit and purchase. Expert advise and affordable price the only fault I would say was the bed we looked at was in the store window but did not have a headboard so when showing the storage space the mattress kept on moving and so did a few others beds have this problem. This was just a viewing problem did not stop us purchasing the bed as we could see beyond this problem.FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

Loads to look at, great assistance by Nina and no pushing us into buying. Left alone when needed - didn't need to ask for 5 mins to discuss as Nina just knew. Cannot say I've experienced such information yet not being pushed into buying before, excellent sales person.
